MR. BIMBISAR IROM

Instructor
Ph.D. Candidate, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Bimbisar Irom is currently a doctoral candidate in Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is completing a dissertation that analyzes how the contemporary forms of the American novel has narrated the transition from the Old Left to the New Left to what we now call “cultural studies.” Bimbisar is excited to be teaching in New Orleans and happily looks forward to warmer winters. His current interests include: theories and forms of the novel, immigrant cultures and the intersections between the concepts of the nation and the novel.
