Dr. Tuley received her B.A. in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia, an M.A. in Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from State University of New York at Binghamton. She has taught at Dillard University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Mercer University, and SUNY in Binghampton.
